The Tulbagh Show has an unequalled record in that it is the oldest ongoing show in South Africa. The 2011 Show being the 138th Tulbagh Show in a row!The show is agriculture orientated with the main event being the horse championships.The highlight is undoubtedly the National Friesian Horse Championships.The incredible Wild Flower exhibition needs no introduction and there is also the Championships for Poultry each year.There is a large emphasis on entertainmnet with performances by well known artists and numerous stall holders which attract the public.
